When this club began, I had very little experience with two-cylinder tractors. I had been collecting toy tractors for a couple of years and my Dad had bought a non-running "AR". We were both pretty "green" about the hobby but were anxious to learn. It is because of the wonderful people that make up this club that I have been able to learn and try new things and to grow personally. In the beginning I never even dreamed of becoming the President but it is amazing what a person can accomplish with a little encouragement from others that can see your potential. I am likely the only President that doesn’t own a tractor but that may be an advantage for me as other members offer their tractors for me to drive so I can participate. This has let me be exposed to a wide variety of models that I would never be able to own. Over the years I have had some great experiences and learned a lot from others for which I am very grateful to those willing to teach and share with me.

I will do my very best to ensure the future of this club and hopefully I can give back to you, in my own way, some of the enjoyment you have given me. I hope to see you at some of the many club events held throughout the year.
